The Corporation has separately established and complies with its Rules on Handling Specific Personal Information regarding security management measures.

Responding to Questions and Complaints

When we receive questions, complaints, requests for correction or deletion, or other inquiries about the handling of personal information or specific personal information, we will confirm the identity of the person, investigate the facts and respond promptly within a reasonable period unless there are special circumstances.
