Social Medical Corporation Consulting
We support you through the certification process as a social medical corporation and after certification.
What We Do
Support Through Certification and Beyond
Under the FY2008 tax reform, corporate tax on healthcare business became tax-exempt for medical corporations certified as social medical corporations.
The FY2009 tax reform added exemption from fixed asset tax, giving social medical corporations further tax advantages.
However, certification requires meeting various requirements and making many improvements, and the hurdle is often seen as high.
We provide a wide range of support, including preliminary surveys and improvement proposals toward certification.
We also support hospitals run by public-interest corporations in obtaining certification as social medical corporations.
Drawing on our extensive experience supporting the certification of many medical corporations, we provide case-based advice.
